Our publication has undergone big changes over the past 12 months. First, we expanded our editorial focus beyond EV charging to include all electrification efforts across eight content pillars. Then, we transferred to new management under the ownership of marketing agency PublioSTUDIO. Our move to Substack reflects our latest chapter as a media property that continues to evolve in response to how audiences discover and engage with information.
Why Substack?
Substack serves as a leading all-in-one digital platform for publishers, podcasters, journalists and independent creators. It allows these voices to amplify their messages through long-form articles, livestreams and real-time conversation. For ChargedUp!, it expands our capabilities to foster conversation among real estate owners, facilities managers and planners about how to respond to today’s energy transition efficiently, equitably and sustainably.
What Readers Can Expect
A cleaner design: Substack offers the functionality of a modern media platform. Moving here allows our team to spend less time on technical configuration and more energy on content and audience engagement.

What doesn’t change: Quality reporting and reader commitment.
