Blink Charging, a global leader in electric vehicle (EV) charging infrastructure, has partnered with Stable Auto to enhance its EV charging network. The collaboration brings advanced AI-powered modeling to Blink’s operations, ensuring more efficient site utilization and better pricing strategies for EV charging. This new initiative is a part of Blink’s ongoing efforts to meet the increasing demand for EV infrastructure, improve customer experience, and drive profitability across its network.
As part of the agreement, Blink will leverage Stable Auto's data-driven solutions to optimize charging station performance. Stable Auto’s software analyzes usage trends from thousands of EV chargers across the U.S., allowing Blink to strategically place chargers and operate its network more effectively. This AI technology improves site efficiency by enabling better decision-making regarding where and when to install chargers. The collaboration is expected to increase Blink's revenue by enhancing site utilization, with a reported 34% improvement across 60 locations already using the platform.
Duncan Aldred, Vice President of Global Commercial Growth Strategies and Operations at Blink, emphasized the significance of the partnership: “We have already experienced the staying power of utilizing this platform. This technology allows us to proactively meet the growing infrastructure demands of every kind of EV driver.”
The partnership will also offer enhanced features for drivers, including a more accurate Blink network app and partner mapping applications. By integrating Stable Auto's insights, the Blink network will become more user-friendly, allowing drivers to find available charging stations with ease. Additionally, the collaboration is working toward providing better access to chargers and ensuring that EV drivers have the right charging options available to them at the right price.
Seth Cutler, CEO of Stable Auto, highlighted the importance of data in accelerating the transition to electric vehicles. “As EV adoption becomes more and more prevalent, it’s essential that charger operating decisions are grounded in data. We’re proud to support Blink as it works toward meeting the increasing demands of the rapidly growing EV infrastructure.”
For Blink, this collaboration represents a step toward improving the user experience and positioning itself as a key player in the competitive EV charging market. By leveraging Stable Auto’s advanced technology, Blink is not just installing chargers but building an experience that caters to the needs of EV drivers, ensuring that they have access to convenient, efficient, and affordable charging stations wherever they go.
